It is possible, unlikely but possible. Thou youngest I have seen was 26 and this was someone who completed in sport at an international level. There was no underlying cause, no genetic facors, no cardiomyopathy - absolutely no reason but it happened. But that was 1 and I worked in cardiology for 12 years so saw hundreds of people with heart attacks.
