General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your problem look like age related and work related stress plus anxiety. If it's so, it will subside on its own as anxiety goes down. But you should also go to physician if problem persists.

Have measure your BP , sugar etc. Try to relieve stress and anxiety from life through yoga, meditation etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nirav Nimavat, General & Family Physician
