What Causes A Hole And Dark Discolouration On Penis While Suffering From Pelvis Cancer?

Hi my name is Brett .My partner been fighting stage four cancer of the pelvis .he has chemo and radiation five times a week He had a hole open up in his pelvis area .the doctor say it s infection but it smell sometimes like bowel .but he say he feel great he say.it look dark brown .to mm we go to see the doc.just wondering if u met know.thanks Brett from Indiana.

possibilities:-
He has got an infection and that has pus in it. Pus leaks and smells like that.

Or; it may also be an opening on the skin that inside is attached to any part of the intestinal tract, may be rectum, colon etc. Thats why it smells like feces.


You need to get it checked and if its only an infection of the skin, you need a prescription for proper antibiotics after sending a pus for culture and sensitivity test from lab. If it is a fistula i.e. it has a link with gut, it may need a surgical correction.
