What Causes A Itchy Bump In The Perineum Area?

Hi, I have a slightly raised lump that itches between my vagina and anus, on one side. There is no ulcer or sore, it is barely noticeable but it itches quite badly. It has been there for about a day and a half. What are the chances that it is something serious?
