What Causes A Itchy Bump On Head?

I have a bump in my head it sometimes itches and it sometimes hurts.. I thought it was a pimple but when I try to pop it was hard and it hurt. Only a water like liquid came out. It sometimes goes away or it gets smaller or it gets bigger. What can I do to get it out

It is possible that the lesion is a cyst. A cyst is a sac that collects fluid intermittently.

It can be associated with no symptoms or as in your case, be associated with discomfort

It would be best for you to see a doctor about removal since it may be dangerous for you to try to remove it yourself.

Removal in a home setting would be associated with increased risk of injury, bleeding and infection.
