The itchy rash on penis after abdomen pain medication can be related to fungal infection after hampered immunity or local flora system of the penile skin. Primary guidelines to get better recovery: - Local cleaning with antiseptic solution - Application of betamethasone with gentamicin cream over the lesion - Prescription of antibiotic as cephalexin, anti-fungal as fluconazole with antihistamine as cetirizine or others - Avoidance of intercourse is best recommended till recovery - Plenty of liquids to prevent secondary bacterial infection - Control of blood sugar
