General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there is ingrown hair follicle infection producing boil or abscess.
This infection can occur without shaving razor.
Due to friction or stretching of hair follicle does cause this infection.
Clean the part with antiseptic lotion and dress it with antibiotic cream.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
Ok and take care.
