What Causes A Itchy Sore Near Buttocks?

Hi i am a male and i have a itchy sore near my butt and it bleed time to time in go away then it come back is ther a treatment or any thing to get rid of it and if know wat it might be can you explain what it is and why i came.i think it because of my weight , i am a decent size guy and i think its becaus i don t get enough air flow give me any segestion of wat it might be Thankyou

For painful itchy sore near the buttocks you can take some some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching and soreness. You can use betnovate-c cream or candid-b powder for local application. Take some pain killer like combiflam or ibugesic-plus for pain relief and maintain the hygiene of local part.
