What Causes A Large And Tender Lump On The Forehead?

I have this small lump on my forehead similar to a blood blister. It gets large every now and then and sometimes tender to touch but I will sometimes scratch it or pick it (I know I shouldn t) and it will bleed heavily like I have cut my head. I ve had it for a few months now and it has only bleed about 3 times (sometimes there is even a bit of puss). I thought it would have gone by now but it hasn t so I m trying to find out what it is.
