What Causes A Large Lesion On Ankle While Having Light Therapy For Lichen Planus?
I have had lichen plans for 20 years l was given light therapy 4years ago. During that treatment my ankle got burnt l still have a large lesion on my ankle it is raised hang a large balloon circle around it. I have had byopsytaken last week. It is very painful. What treatment would you advise. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, it is very much obvious that when it is biopsy being taken then the lesion can be treated according to the biopsy report, or if the report of it yet to be came then lesion can be tried with Local application of "Silver sulfadiazine cream" hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
