What Causes A Large Lump On The Bridge Of Nose?

Hello, I have a large lump on the bridge of my nose, it does not cause any pain but has grown in the last year, I can move the lump from side to side as if full of liquid, I have had friends/family to look into this. I would appreciate your thoughts on this, thanks
