General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely bartholincyst. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Applying hot fomentation will be soothing. Antibiotic therapy will be required in case of infection. A swab test should be done after examination by gynecologist to rule out infection. If it persist then surgical excision is advised. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
