What Causes A Large Painful Lump On The Opening Of The Anus?

Hi, I just noticed a large lump on the opening of my anus this morning. Very painful. Could have been there for a while but I began noticing it because of the pain. Hurts constantly, not just with bowel movements. It appears to be flesh color with no bleeding. It is just a bit smaller than a grape. No change of bowel habits and feeling fine otherwise. Should I try prep h for a while or see a doctor first?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

See the Doctor and ask his to see what it is ?

This looks to be prolapsed thrombosed pile ( hemorrhoid).
Timely putting this inside the rectum will help to reduce the pain and swelling both.
Get this done fast. You too can try to push it in. Do not worry , nothing sinister happens.

IT this is prolapsed pile , you have to get it operated.
