What Causes A Large Rash Around Groin Area Despite Using Neosporin?
73 year old male. Symptom, large rash, raw like, and burning, around groin area, both sides of scrotum. Was recently married =March 1st, wife and I are very sexually active. Have appointment with my primary next Thursday, afraid this may get infected by then, have been puttin Neosporin on, but doe not seem to help

It may be due to fungal infection.
For that you can apply clotrimazole ointment locally.
For itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Avoid sweating.
Avoid hot and humid environment.
