What Causes A Loose Vein On Penis?
I have a vein on my penis that I only notice when it is erect. It is hard and appears to be twisted around the middle where it goes down the shaft and twists on its self and goes back up. It is new and when masturbating it moves when I move my hand around it. What could it be? Should I go see a doctor?
