What Causes A Lump Along The Hairline And Stiffness In The Neck?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and I found a pea sized lump along my hairline at the back of my neck. My neck has been stiff and sore, but I attributed it to stress and the pregnancy. It doesn t hurt at all, it just feels like something is there under the skin. Should I be worried?

it may be acne zits or lymph node enlargement.it will subside itself but if,it remain same then visit to your gynae for examine same.
