What Causes A Lump And Soreness On The Elbow After An Injury?

In Feb I fell forward and hit my elbows landed on my pelvis and cracked it The elbows were sore but I thought they were getting less painful. In the last couple of days my left elbow has developed a lump that seems to be filled with fluid. What should I do.

most likely the swollen lump is bursa. you can try icing and putting a Ace bandage around the elbow to reduce the lump, if its painful then you may need to see a orthopedic doctor to have the bursa drained.
