What Causes A Lump In Armpit?

Okay so I have this small lump like right where my armpit is....At first I thought it was because one breast was bigger then the other but now that I look at it I have been wondering if it is lymphodema or a cyst or something, but I don't have insurance so I can't really afford to have someone look at it

Advise-Right doctor to consult is -Surgeon who would do clinical examn and would reassure you.
So dont worry -of this Normal Breast tissue as its not a LUMP or cyst or lymphoedema.
-Still if it worries you, Consult your family doctor or Surgeon to re-assure you.
