What Causes A Lump In Left Breast Causing Stinging Sensation?

hi i found a lump in my left breast about 4 weeks ago, ive previously had a heart attack feb 2015 at age 45 im female and before i found my lump was suffering with a stinging sensation in left breast this went 3 weeks ago but now the stinging pain is back thank you

I have gone through your complaints.as you are 45 yr and feeling lump it is best to evaluate , as this palpable lump really having underlying mass or normal breast only.if mass is there what type of lesion it is.very important to exclude malignancy.go for sonomammogram / mammogram to exclude malignancy and categorise the lesion.very simple investation .consult sonologist for it.
