What Causes A Lump In Mid Back Leading To Intense Pain?

My back has been hurting really bad for two weeks now, and also hurt behind my knees and sometimes hard to squat down , and having abdominal pain , well tonight I asked my boyfriend to massage my back because it was hurting so bad and he was rubbing up my spine to the middle of my back and I screamed because it was so sore and he feels a lump on my spine and its really painful to press on , what could it be ?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be muscular pain could be spasm, and it can be managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in day, if the pain condition remains as it is then better to get done the x-ray of dorsal spine, knee pain and abdomen are not related with this, abdomen pain could be due to colicky in nature, knee pain could be due to arthritis condition hope this information helps.
