What Causes A Lump In My Neck That Causes Jaw And Ear Pain?

Good day doc, last night before i went to sleep, i noticed a small lump just under my jaw near my left ear. It hurts when its being touched. I don t know how long its been there i just noticed it last night. I m so freaking out last night that i constantly checked it out. And it moves easily. This morning when i woke up, i forgot it completely until i took my breakfast where i did some thoughts. Just then i remembered it. My left neck hurts for now, but i have observed that everytime i think of it harder, it hurts harder too. What could it be? Please and thanks

If you have a lump in neck less than 1cm of size then you should not worry about it. If it is more than 1 cm of size you should take antibiotics and anti inflammtory and antacid drugs for at least one week. If it will not resolve after one week of drugs you should consult your family ENT consultant and you should be thoroughly checked. Than you may require cytology of than lump.
