What Causes A Lump In Scrotal Sac That Can Be Moved Into Abdomen?
hello doctor...i m feeling an abnormal spongy mass on my right side of scrotal sac when i m standing or sitting vertical..but i feel normal painless....and moreover dat mass could be moved back to my right abdomen opening above the right side scrotal sac......but it reappears while standing ..wat m i suffering from...is dis a symptom of hernia or varicocele..
The obvious cause of the lump that can be passed or moved into the abdomen is an Inguinal Hernia or cyst of the Spermatic Cord.
As per the description you have provided that the selling appears on standing or sitting erect and can be returned back to the abdominal cavity, this is a classical sign of an Inguinal Hernia.
I would advise you to consult a Surgeon and get operated as soon as possible before the complications of obstruction ensues..
