What Causes A Lump In The Armpit After Draining An Armpit Abscess?

Hello I had a armpit abscess which I went and got drained on the 14 of this month however I have a lump that has been there before it was drained I went back to ER Tuesday because my muscles or vein was punctured while draining and it left me with pain in my left arm I just noticed today the abscess is filling back up with fluid I had a ultrasound on Tuesday they seen the lump but said it didn t have fluid what could be going on this was my first abscess.

Do clean you're abscess wound with betadine solution daily..and do daily dressing...it ll subside on it's own after few days nothing to worry about it....and ask you're doc whether pus culture or any specimen sent for hpr...and check on the reports .I hope this resolved ur issue..
