Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain a lump in mouth on the cheek can be due to causes like an inflamed and infected minor
salivary gland, a
fibroma,
hematoma or a traumatic ulcer..
But to rule out the exact cause a clinical examination and certain investigations is mandatory and then only the appropriate treatment will be done accordingly..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and treat you accordingly..
As of now you can apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine to relieve pain..
You should do warm saline gargles..
You should take Vitamin B complex supplements..
You should also suck ice to reduce inflammation..
You should also get the denture checked as there can be sharp areas over the denture flanges that can cause trauma to the cheek causing inflammation, swelling and pain..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
