Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a small lump in my right breast and all my mamograms have been normal. Then the lump started to hurt still my mamos were normal then the pain and discomfort started to go into my neck and then to my back and now I have pain discomfort heartburn, pain and burning in my back all on the right upper side.
As you explain the situation you should also do an ultrasound of the breast. Cysts are painful meanwhile adenomas or cancers do not hurt. However, as you explain I don't think this is related to the breast. Consult your doctor and do an ECG.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Jnikolla, Pulmonologist
