What Causes A Lump In The Testicles With Frequent Urination?

HI, my name is Emanuele and in the past 8 months I ve been going more often to the toilet to urinate, I wake up sometime 1 to 3 times at night as well something that never happened before. I went for a check up 3 years ago regarding a lump in my testicles and the doctor said it was fine, I think she said it s just air or a lump of fat if I remember well. Shall I check up once again? Thanks for your time

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
Lump on the testicle may not be related to your complain of excessive urination.
Excessive urination may be due to diabetes, urinary infection, enlarged prostate or bladder stone.
I would advise you to get your blood sugar and urine checked. If nothing is found in these tests then ultrasound of abdomen should be done to check for enlarged prostate & stone in bladder.
Hope this will be helpful.
Thanks for your question. Take care.
