What Causes A Lump Inside The Eyes?
I have a lump about a quarter size of my small finger nail on the white of my eye on the side nearest my ear. There are also quite a few veins. It is not painful, and I had a buckle on my eye 6 months ago due to a detached retina, is it related to that at all?

It needs to be checked by opthalmoscope and by naked eyes. I suggest to visit ophthalmologist or eye specialist. Yes, it can be related to trauma or complication of the same.
