HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your concern, lymph nodes are visible or prominent some time but it may not be due to any disease but it is the physiological, thin body person have this kind of lymph nodes, it is pretty common phenomenon.
In your case if the lymph node is tender (Painful) and associated with low grade fever, loss of appetite then it could be due to some infection, and if these symptoms are not there then it is nothing to worry.
I would advise to keep the condition under observation for any changes, the lymph node is nothing to take anything with anxiety, it may not be due to anxiety, hope this information helps.
