Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Any other symptoms like fever, dysuria or penile discharge? If no, we need not worry.

This might be a hematoma or contusion underneath from the force or friction. It will disappear in a couple of days. Take acetaminophen for pain and apply some emollients for burning if needed.

Consult your doctor if it is not getting better in 5 days, or becomes red/hot/tender to touch- suggesting secondary infection.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
