What Causes A Lump On The Head With Dizziness And Tinnitus?

I have found a lump on the back lower part of my head. I also have been experienccing headaches,dizziness,weightloss,ringing in ears,light headed, and in the moring it takes about 30 mins. to get my full vision back. please let me know what this could be.
