What Causes A Lump On The Inner Thigh?

i had a small lump on my inner thigh.I have had them before as ingrown hairs.I squeezed it last night ,assuming it had come to a head.nothing came out,but this morning there was a bruise the size of a halk doller.The briuse has grown twice the size and there is more swelling.

According to the history you might have folliculitis like hair follicle superficial bacterial infection...

If you post photo than further comment will be easy..

If it seems bacterial cause than antibiotic course and topical betardine ointment will be useful...

If pus accumulates within lesion and enlarging than incision and drainage minor surgical procedure needed...

If lesion looks like soft tissue mass rather than infective condition than FNAC done to rule out nature of lesion

Consult physician for examination
