What Causes A Lump On The Left Calf And Leg Pain?

My wife has had this pain on her keft keg, She has used high heels for She is 74 but looks 50, still works m-f, two days ago she began showing lum on left calf..is this a sign of deep vein thrombosis? It pains when she stand or walks Lump began to show two days ago.

Calf muscle lumps might be due to Varicose vein or Infections.

Detailed explanation,
1.I read your query and I am happy to help you. You mentioned that your wife having a lump on left calf muscle.
2. The causes of left calf muscle lumps may be due to Infections or Varicose veins.
3. Some less common causes include sebaceous cyst, ganglion, Haematoma or Malignancy.
4. I suggest you to take her to the Dopler ultrasonography.
5. For pain tab.Diclo-P twice daily for 3 days.
