What Causes A Lump On The Top Of The Head?

Hi I have had hard lump on the crown of my head for around 12 months now it s has slightly increased in size by around 1cm it doesn t hurt at all. Although I have been getting quite a lot of head aches lately but I work in coffee shop always drinking coffee so I put it down to too much coffee

A number of skin conditions may present as bump on the head.some possible causes include:
-Skin cysts
-Cherry angioma
-Dermatofibromas
-Epidermoid cysts
-Folliculitis
-Keratoacanthoma
-Keratosis pilaris
-Lipomas
-Neurofibromas
With all these possible causes, on a physical examination by the Doctor may help to identify the exact cause.I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination.Treatment option will depend on the type of skin lump identified.
