What Causes A Lump On The Upper Arm After An Injury?
I was hurt in June of his year giving me a huge knot on my upper arm and horrible bruise. I can still see a brown shadow/bruise in the area, maybe a little smaller and a slight knot deep against the bone. will this ever go away and is this normal? I had routine blood work a few weeks ago but nothing out of the ordinary.

The lump is related to the injury. I recommend using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three tablets a day. I also recommend to us cool compresses for relief. The lump will go away on its own in a few days.
