What Causes A Mass In The Lungs Despite A Negative Biopsy Report?
Hi, my sister-in-law has had the following going on: lung mass that gets bigger then dead tissues drop off and it gets smaller. cancer & tuberculosis have been ruled out. had a biopsy that they are growing a culture because they don t know what it is. In addition to the lungs, she has had heavy legs for months that 6 weeks ago she couldn t walk. she was diagnosed with anemia ....they gave her a blood transfusion and then 2 iron infusions. just yesterday she got a rash on both of her lower legs and feet. She had no energy and went to the hospital last night at 1:00am. She was a smoker but quit 6 weeks ago. Do you have any thoughts on this condition? Thank You. Pam
Hi, Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-: 1)first tell your local doctor to ruled out pulmonary embolism. 2)Do a blood testD-dimer,chest x-ray,ultrasound vascular both legs, pulmonary angiogram,
So Do check first treatment is easy.If delayed there will be complication.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best. Thanks,
