Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I. Am having a strange taste and smell coming from my mouth, gassy or metallic. Could this be a dental problem. I had two implants last year. I did have a recent medical exam which showed no problems. Using dry mouth rinses, losenges and listerine mouthwash with no results. What should I do.
As you mentioned you have problem of metallic mouth odour that may be because of implants infection or other reasons.. Sinusitis may lead to this type of symptoms.. Throat infection may lead to malodour.. Consult a dentist for oral examination ... Start a treatment as per reason behind it...
I hope my guidance helpful to you.. Take care. Thank you.
