General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to hcm.

The stiking of the palm may have caused sudden pressure changes inside your ear leading to tinnitus(constant ringing tone).
Kindly visit a ent doctor so that if there is any perforation of the ear drum , it can be managed.
Usually traumatic perforation of ear drum heals by itself in 3 months.

Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
