What Causes A Nagging Pain Around The Ovary Area?

Beginnin this morning I have a nagging pain in the left side (front) around the ovary area. The pain has increased as the day has went on. It hurts to touch it and hurts with any physical movement. I have a fever as of this evening of 100. Any clues as to what this may be?

On the left side you have other organs apart from ovary.you have colon etc.even a sore muscle can cause sharp pain on movement.in such cases we can use nsaids if not reduced need to go for ultrasound abdomen
