What Causes A Painful Blister On The Head Of The Penis?

I have a blister that is peeling on head of penis which is painful especially when I take a shower. I had it in the same spot a month ago. Which went away when I put monistat on it with a bandage. In now starting to have pain in my rectum.. Sores in my mouth Roof and inside of lips . Pain while peeling just started this morning and inside the peehole is red and a little swollen?

It could be Herpes infection or something called Chancroid. It's difficult to say which one among them. It's better if you consult a skin specialist and get it diagnosed. Don't worry, it will get better after a course of antibiotics.
