What Causes A Painful Blister On The Penis Shaft After Intercourse?
Hi I m a 25 year old sexually active male I had sex with a woman and 2 days later a rash type blister became present in the shaft of my penis it went away with 4to 6 days and didn t become present. A few months pass and I had sex with other girls and nothing happened then I had sex with the same girl and like clockwork 2 days later the same type rash showed up and was present on a different location on my shaft. I did notice the first time after sex a very strong odor and the same after the second time... I was told it maybe some type I bacterial or fungal infection... Please help

Noted your history of development of rash type blisters on shaft of penis that healed within 6 days, sex with other partners did not cause this but occurred again after having sex with the previous one.
This is most probably Herpes simplex and is sexually transmitted disease.
Not only this but you have spread it to other partners as you can be asymptomatic still can give it to others.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Use condoms every time you have sex with anyone.
Consult your Skin and Venereologist SPecialist for proper management of the condition.
