What Causes A Painful Knot In The Groin Area?
My fiancé is having sharp, shooting pain from his back to the front on his right groin area. He has a big knot in the groing area. I just got him home from the ER, they did a catscan and said it was muscle pain He has avascular necrosis and both hips are collapsed. He has pain in the back/butt area that I would say is the syatic nerve

Loin to groin pain which is sharp and colicky is suggestive of ureteric stone.
2. Get an ultrasound abdomen done.
3. Take some anti-inflammatory medicine to relieve pain.
4. Take some antibiotics after the ultrasound is done.
5. Have plenty of fluids
