Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the knee injury then it need to be taken seriously because it is very fragile joint as long as the meniscus is concern, chances of damage of it is very likely and to rule out this better to get done MRI of knee joint till then try not to bend the knee joint and Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day can be tried hope this information helps.
