Recently found à. lump in l breast behind nipple along with a constant aching pain as well. Two days ago my l nipple began to bleed and took a few min. To stop it. I ve had 2 mammos and ultrasound in three weeks. Also my back l and r side of my neck is aching and feels like its being pulled. I was told I have dense breast tissue. But I know there s more to it. Please help. I m scared
In your case that I think there are two possibilities one is that you may have mastitis which may be inflammatory or infection especially with the drainage of blood and that can cause the pain. You you may need to antibiotics and also may get check your WBC for infection
Secondly this may also be signing of for malignancy but you have not given me your age so I cannot definitely say that but if there is no active infection then you should get biopsy because the mammograms are not very definite for diagnosis.
