Hi there and thanks for sharing your question with us at HCM.

It sounds as though you had an infected lymph node which became an abscess. An abscess is a collection of purulent fluid (pus) that has built up following an infection. By squeezing it, you tried to drain the abscess of its pus. Pus can resemble white cream. Surprisingly, a lot of pus can come out of what seems to be a rather small lump.

Getting an infected lymph node in the arm pit is fairly common among teenagers and adolescents especially if you shave your arm pit hair. If shaving, be careful with your hygiene and change the blade regularly. People who are overweight or obese might get these more often than others due to their abnormal way of processing sugar in the body.

You still need to see your doctor as this abscess can come back unless treated properly Your doctor will need to examine the site of the abscess and put you on antibiotics to ensure full recovery. if it recurs, he or she may have to do a small procedure to remove it completely for you.
