What Causes A Painful Lump On The Buttocks?
I had mono about two years ago and had to go to the ER becusse I was so dehydrated and was going to the bathroom so much . Ever since I have been struggling with this Lump in my butt and terrible pain . It has been years and nothing has changed it is a daily struggle. I am pretty sure it isn t hemroids, but how can I get Rid of it so I can have a day without butt pain

You should see a general or colorectal surgeon. Depending on the location of the lump, it could be a pilonidal sinus. In the acute setting with inflammation and abscess formation, surgical excision is required.
