What Causes A Painful Lump On The Ear?

I have a small hard lump on the upper part of my right ear close to my cheek bone it does not hurt and it is immovable i have noticed since last year that at certain times my ear becomes blocked the point that i can barley hear anything is this cancer?

Well come to HCM
This could be lymph node and this is normal one, if you feel that ear is blocked then this could be due to wax impaction and for that it need to be clinically examined, this is not the cancer, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
