What Causes A Painful Lump On The Forehead?
My son is a 28 yr old Hispanic male with a walnut sized lump on the right side of his forehead it has been there for at least a year and has gotten bigger over time it is hard to the touch and the not itself is no painfull but he pain in his sinus behind his eyes cheeks his pain is at least a 6 to a 7 he has to take ibuprofen multiple times a day just to tolerate it

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion or swelling needs to be sent for investigation if this is long standing, although it may be lipoma or dermoid cyst for the cosmetic purpose it can be taken out surgically CT scan study is must hope this information helps.
