What Causes A Painful Lump On The Shoulder With Restricted Movement?

Hi! I ve been lifting some heavy things lately and have noticed my right shoulder getting sore. I live in Florida and boarded up our house with Hurricane Matthew coming.....now I have a pea sized lump on my shoulder ....it s sore and hurts to raise my arm. Should I get an X-ray? Thank you!

I am not sure if this lump is is related to your symptoms since this is obviously subcutaneously located and this is not interfering with movements inside the joint,but in every case you should do xrays to see is there arhrosis or calcifications. And for this lump you need to do ultrasound for better evaluation.
