What Causes A Painful Lump On The Testicle?

i have 4th stage serosiss of the liver chronic kidney and was told i have a hernia i have a lump 4inches wide 20inches long getting very painful, one testical seems to disapper i have to shake and pull to get it to drop; i also have chronic pain desease HELP

Hi,

It is probably strangulated hernia that is causing painful swelling on testicles. My advice is to consult surgeon immediately to prevent bowel necrosis as well as damage to the testicles.
