Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of you being 23, 6'2 and 11.2 stone, no history of serious illness except a chicken pox infection when i was 7 and mumps last year. You have small lump on my right testis. It has been there two years. You had it checked last year and Doctor said it was just a harmless growth, but today its started to hurt. Yes this is a thing to worry about. This can be due to the torsion of that small lymph if it has a stalk. This can be confirmed by ultrasound and color doppler examinations and may need a small surgery if it is not connected to the epididymis or testis to be on a safe side. Get operated if indicated to avoid recurrence. If the pain is related to infection, then the obvious treatment will depend upon the proper coverage by antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines. You also need a good scrotal support.
